Yes, on the Petify app, you can choose your preferred groomer for your pet. Each groomer has their own profile on the app where you can see ratings and comments from other users who have used their services. This way, you can learn about the experiences of others before selecting a groomer for your pet.

Yes, you need to create an account in order to use the app for booking.
Through the registration process, you'll be able to enter all relevant information about your dog, including breed, size, behavior, and any special grooming requests. This allows us to tailor the grooming service to your pet in the best possible way and ensure you're completely satisfied with the result.
Payment for services, as before, is made directly at the salon.
Our groomers are experienced professionals and registered on the platform.
The grooming time depends on the breed, size, behavior, and condition of the pet. On average, it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
You can easily modify or cancel a scheduled appointment through the Petify app. If you decide to change or cancel the appointment, you can do so for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. This way, you have enough time to adjust your schedule or select a new appointment if needed, all without any additional costs.
